Outreach to poor Kids

The MELM represented by Ms. Katia Sahyouni visited a camp prepared for poor kids living in very poor areas in the suburbs of Beirut. The camp took place in an area called Nabaa-Beirut. All kids came from different religious backgrounds. The program included a Bible lesson, indoors and outdoors activities.  The kids were blessed and interacted well with the message. We were asked to speak to the kids about Jesus’ love.. upon that we distributed a Bible story “Jesus Loves the kids”. They were very happy to know how much Jesus loves them, and to take the story home to read it and enjoy its pictures with a smile on their face.

Reaching Out Kids in North Lebanon

MELM Volunteers served in a camp  for kids in north Lebanon, where many kids from different religious background were attending. The camp was full of activities, Bible stories, learning hymns, games and competitions. Our volunteers taught the kids stories from the Bible such as our Arch book “Zacchaeus the tax collector”  and they distributed the story book to every kid. The kids enjoyed their time and felt very blessed.

University Students Outreach

MELM represented  by Ms. Katia sahyouni organized a full day reaching out program for university students in Zahle, where we visited the church and conducted a full day program that included worship, Bible study from our bible correspondence courses books “Life Of Paul” and a sermon titled ” love your God from all your heart” in which they learned the importance of loving God from all our hearts, our minds and our efforts. After our spiritual program we ended the day with activities and fellowship. in addition to distributing our MELM Bible course book in which we encouraged them to complete studying at home. The day ended and everyone was thankful for the blessing he/she got; and many of them decided to study our bible correspondence courses.

Showing Puzzle Club Pet Napping Mystery”

The MELM represented by Ms. Katia Sahyouni visited the Theopolis camp center in Mar moussa area, where she taught the kids about the love of God and His salvation through Jesus Christ our Lord, by showing and discussing  The the Puzzle Club Pet Napping movie. The kids loved the movie and were very excited to answer all the questions they were asked about it.    Also they were very happy to receive the story of the movie they watched and were glad to to be able to read it again and again at home so that they can always remember God’s love in Jesus.

Books exhibition

The MELM represented by Ms. Katia Sahyouni visited the camp center in dhour el shoueir, where she introduced the ministry to the participants and set up a Christian publications exhibition that allowed each of the conference participants, adults and kids,  to visit the stand and choose a book that help him/her with nurturing their Christian life and strengthen their faith. People loved the publications, and were happy to find their needs among the materials that we displayed.
